Well Ladies and Gentlemen,

Last night it happened. I completed my Certification to be a Sports Nutritionist. Not only is that exciting but that means I have completed my certification as a Nutrition Consultant – Master Level from AFPA! Excited, I can tell you are because it is AMAZING! Short post because I am soooooo excited and I just need to get this written down before I explode !!!!!
