About the event
Welcome to our 8 Week - Kid Chef Challenge
In this Session, we will start our adventure by studying and mastering the 101 of the kitchen, Mise en Place. Mise en Place is french for Everything in its Place. We will be learning the skills and safety of the kitchen first hand!
****NOTES ***
We will be spending the first 5 classes of March working to learn and complete our certification for Mise en Place. THEN In April, we will have 3 classes to plan, practice and present to the public !
The items your child makes in class will be coming home with them. During class, the kids will make a small snacks and a drink, but please make sure your child has something to eat before they attend class.
In previous classes, we have offered individual weeks, but this will be 1 full session together!
