About the event
This winter has been unusually dreary, hasn't it? Grabbing healthy snacks on the go is always a challenge for parents and educators, as you know. March seems like the perfect time to 'get creative' with smart choices that can feed the whole family...before school, after school, during our planning period, on the way to soccer and dance classes.
On Thursday, March 20th from 2:30-3:45pm, UpBeet Cooking will be presenting a Staff class (sign-up sheet to follow). The topics is called 'Debunking Diet Myths'. In addition, staff will get a hands-on opportunity to make a varieties of 'Energy Bites' to sample and take-home (all recipes included).
